Cancellation Policy
*A $25 fee applies in the event of no-show without cancellation. Class Attendance & Participation Guidelines (Applicable to Live and Virtual Courses) Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of Continuing Education (CE) or Salesperson Apprentice Education (SAE) credit. Student Responsibilities: • Punctuality is required. Students must be present at the beginning of class and return promptly after any scheduled breaks or lunch. • Camera visibility is mandatory. Students must remain clearly visible on camera for the entire class session. • For virtual classes, cameras must remain steady and in a fixed position throughout the course. Prohibited Activities: Students may not: • Be in a vehicle at any time during the course. Driving during class is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. • Take phone calls during class (except during scheduled breaks). • Engage in other tasks, such as browsing or completing unrelated work on their device. Engagement Requirement: Students must remain attentive and engaged. Any behavior that suggests distraction—such as frequent movement, side conversations, or multitasking—may result in removal from the course and loss of CE/SAE credit. SAE Course Policies & Requirements (As outlined by Texas REALTORS® and the Texas Real Estate Commission - TREC) Attendance & Credit Requirements: • Full attendance is mandatory. Be seated and ready to begin at the start of each day and return from breaks on time. • Partial credit is not permitted. To earn credit, you must complete the full course and submit your certificate of completion to TREC at least 10 days before your license renewal date. Course Cancellations: If a course is canceled, students may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session of the same course. Instructor Evaluations: Students are encouraged to submit anonymous feedback on instructors and courses via the TREC website: https://www.trec.texas.gov/public/course-and-instructor-evaluation Course and Instructor Evaluation Full refunds will be given to students who cancel up to 48 hours before all courses. Tuition fees are non-transferable. *Class will start on time, late comers will forfeit their seat and TREC credit attached to the class.
